Aloha,
I’m Sean Bibera, and I am honored to serve on the Board for the CSR Children’s Foundation. Originally from the Philippines, my journey began just as a farm boy, where I learned the values of hard work, gratitude, and helping others. Those lessons continue to guide me both personally and professionally today.
I currently serve as Vice President/Operations for Freedom Boat Club Los Angeles and Orange County, where I have the privilege of helping people experience the joy, freedom, and connection that come from being on the water. Beyond my professional role, I am passionate about giving back to the community and creating opportunities that positively impact the lives of children and families.
I believe that success is not measured solely by what we achieve for ourselves, but by the difference we make in the lives of others. Supporting the mission of the CSR Children’s Foundation allows me to be part of something bigger than myself—helping create meaningful experiences, lasting memories, and brighter futures for children and their families.
When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll usually find me on the water, enjoying what I like to call “the good medicine”—sunshine, ocean air, and the simple joy of bringing people together.
Big mahalo for the opportunity to serve.
